From 1 June 2024, the Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte) for jobseekers from abroad will be introduced.
The Skilled Immigration Act (Fachkräfteeinwanderungsgesetz) is intended to make it easier to employ skilled workers from third countries. The potential pillar now introduces a points-based residence permit. More information here
